Of course, it's a nice space that we're proud of, but our goal here is to truly set ourselves apart with our honestly, sincerity, and transparency.

What sets us apart
(mostly what we don't do)
We've been doing this for a while, and our intention is not to say anything negative
about our competition, but to point out what makes us different.
First off, we do not have salespeople working on commission, whose paycheck depends
upon upselling as much as possible. You work directly with the owners from start to finish.
We have the flexibility to find ways to work within your budget.
We don't have 10 different decor packages at varying prices. If you book our all-inclusive package, we have a large selection of linens, sashes, centerpieces, etc, and if we have it,
you can use ANY of it. If you want something we don't have, as long as it's reasonable,
we'll make it happen with no upcharge. If you were planning renting anything, ask us first,
we may already have it or be able to get it for no extra charge.
There are no set up fees, no cleaning fees, this is our venue, we'll handle that stuff.

You don't need to hire a bartending service. Beer, wine, mixers, champagne toast for
the bride and groom, and non-alcoholic beverages are complimentary
with our all inclusive package. If you want to add liquor or signature drinks,
we can make that happen too. And what is a bartender fee? We don't do that here.

Hors d'oeuvres are included for cocktail hour, before your 3 selection dinner.
Your cake is also included. So is your DJ. And your officiant.
If you prefer to hire your own vendors, we can do that too.
We don't double book afternoon and evening events, ever,
so you get our full attention on your day, as you deserve.

This can be a tough business, but also a very rewarding one. Unlike a restaurant
where if they overcook your steak, they can just make you a new one,
we only get one shot at getting your wedding right.
We take your wedding day as seriously as you do.
